Every naturmetall water basin is coated on the inside with a black, elastic special plastic using a hot-spray process. This high-quality sealing offers:
- Excellent adhesion to the metal substrate
- Extreme elasticity with elongation at break of up to 100%
- Wide temperature range from −50 °C to +150 °C
- UV and chlorine resistance with normally dosed water treatment
- Optional thermal insulation to protect the water from overheating in summer (coating over insulation boards possible)
