Delivery and Shipping
Naturmetall products are delivered to you by freight forwarder directly from Westheim, or you can collect them from us yourself. Here you will find transport costs, free-shipping thresholds and everything you should prepare for a smooth delivery day.
Transport costs
Flat rate per delivery for a pallet length under 2.40 m. Above the stated goods value, we deliver free of freight charges. For longer pallets, delivery and transport costs are available on request.

Switzerland and France

net. France plus statutory VAT, Switzerland plus import duties
Free shipping for goods worth over 3.500 € net
Deliveries with a pallet length of 2.40 m or more and to other countries on request.
Inquiry instead of online purchase: Via naturmetall.de you send us a non-binding inquiry; no online purchase takes place. In the event of an order, you will receive a separate order confirmation from us with all relevant details.
How delivery works
The decisive factor is the longest side of the pallet. We plan long raised beds, edging or retaining walls individually with you.
Pallet length under 2.40 m
Kerbside delivery
The freight forwarder arrives with a truck with tail lift and sets the goods down at the kerb in front of your property. You or your landscaping company take care of moving them to the installation site.
Pallet length 2.40 m or more
Delivery on request
For these lengths, we agree the delivery method and transport costs individually with you. You will receive both with your quotation.
Before delivery day
With these points in mind, delivery runs smoothly without waiting times or additional costs.
Check access
A truck must be able to drive up to your property and stop there.
Plan unloading
For heavy parts, you will need lifting equipment or several helpers on site.
Note the weight
You will find the weights of many products in the price list – large tree rings weigh up to 300 kg.
Contact person on site
Please provide a phone number with your inquiry so the freight forwarder can notify you of the delivery.
Check goods on receipt
Please have any visible transport damage confirmed directly on the delivery note or proof of delivery.
Involve a specialist company
Your landscaping company can take care of receipt, transport to the installation site and assembly.
Delivery time and collection
How quickly will my order be delivered?
Once production is complete, delivery within Germany usually takes place within a maximum of 48 hours.
Can I collect the goods myself?
Yes, collection is possible in Westheim: Naturmetall, Max Blank GmbH, Klaus-Blank-Straße 1, 91747 Westheim.
