Water in its most beautiful form
Our water basins are manufactured in one piece from 3 mm thick Corten steel, seamlessly welded, carefully ground and given the exclusive naturmetall plastic coating on the inside for permanent watertightness and maximum durability.
More details
The distinctive 30 mm wide C-edge not only gives the basin stability but also an elegant, modern finish. For larger basins, integrated reinforcing struts ensure structural safety depending on size. These are included in the scope of delivery.
Stainless steel and colour-coated
In stainless steel, too, the basins are made from 3 mm thick material. The colour-coated version additionally receives a high-quality, highly scratch-resistant paint finish.
Your benefits at a glance
- Individual dimensions possible: a wide range of sizes for maximum design freedom, tailored to your project.
- Easy assembly: well-thought-out design for uncomplicated installation on site.
- High-quality workmanship: precisely manufactured from robust Corten steel with an elegant rust patina.
- Permanent protection against standing water: all water basins have a UV-stable, waterproof plastic coating on the inside.
Special coating for the highest demands
Every naturmetall water basin is coated on the inside with a black, elastic special plastic using a hot-spray process. This high-quality sealing offers:
- Excellent adhesion to the metal substrate
- Extreme elasticity with elongation at break of up to 100%
- Wide temperature range from −50 °C to +150 °C
- UV and chlorine resistance with normally dosed water treatment
- Optional thermal insulation to protect the water from overheating in summer (coating over insulation boards possible)
Other dimensions are always possible on request. Send your inquiry by e-mail to info@naturmetall.de.
