Chest

Seating and storage in one: chest with hinged lid and RESYSTA® seat.

Design meets sustainability

Chest with hinged lid and RESYSTA® seat: seating and storage in one.

Our garden products combine timeless design with durable quality: the frame made of distinctive, weather-resistant Corten steel forms a stable base, while the seats made of the sustainable material RESYSTA® provide natural comfort – without the disadvantages of conventional wood materials.

RESYSTA® impresses with its elegant wood look, is splinter-free, weather-resistant and 100% recyclable. Combined with the warm, rusty look of Corten steel, the result is durable furniture with character – for public spaces, stylish outdoor facilities or private gardens.

RESYSTA®: properties and benefits

RESYSTA® consists mainly of rice husks – a natural product – bound by a special process. The result is an extremely resistant material that not only looks like wood but also feels like it – while being considerably more durable and easier to care for.

  • Weather-resistant and durable
  • No greying, no splintering, no swelling
  • Resistant to fungi and insects
  • 100% recyclable and environmentally friendly
  • Can be worked like wood, with no maintenance required

RESYSTA® even outperforms high-quality tropical wood in many respects and actively contributes to environmental protection – without compromising on style or comfort.

Good to know: RESYSTA® is a high-quality material with a complex manufacturing process – not a cheap product. As the material is extruded, the available cross-sections are limited. Round benches or cantilevered constructions can only be realised to a limited extent and usually require an additional load-bearing substructure.

Our conclusion: anyone looking for garden furniture with character that is durable, easy to care for and ecologically sound is making a forward-looking choice with RESYSTA®.
